Bionisation 3 drops you into a world where viruses and bacteria are everywhere. You’ll find danger on land, in the air, underwater, and even in hell. When night falls, infected mobs crawl out and spread sickness through the air and their attacks. One wrong move and you could be infected, or worse, your gear could catch it too.

What You Get

The mod adds a ton of survival mechanics. You get an Infected Forest biome packed with diseased water and rabid mobs. Immunity and Health Mechanics

Your immunity level determines how hard viruses hit you. Lower immunity means stronger effects. Your blood level can drop from Bleeding, Internal Bleeding, Fractures, and other status effects. If it gets too low, you’re dead. Keep both stats up with herbs and potions to survive longer.
