What Minecraft versions does Iron Coals Mod support?

The mod works with Minecraft 1.16.5 through 1.20. Both Forge and Fabric versions are available for 1.16.5. Newer versions use Forge only. Check the downloads above for your version.

How do I craft the different coal tiers?

Each coal tier needs 8 regular coal plus one block of the next tier up. For example, Iron Coal needs 8 coal plus a regular coal block (or similar materials). Use JEI to see exact recipes in-game.
