Unusual Prehistory Mod adds 20+ prehistoric creatures to your world, including famous dinosaurs like T-Rex, Triceratops, and Brachiosaurus. It’s all about finding fossils and bringing them back to life using the right machines and materials.
Prehistoric Creatures Included
The mod features creatures from different eras:
Majungasaurus, Beelzebufo, Dunkleosteus, Anurognathus, Stethacanthus, Cotylorhynchus, Ammonite, Scaumencia, Tyrannosaurus Rex, Brachiosaurus, Velociraptor, Triceratops, Pachycephalosaurus, Encrusted, Eryon, Austroraptor, Ulughbegsaurus, Kentrosaurus, Antarctopelta, Hwachavenator.
How the Mod Works
Step 1: Find Fossils
Fossils spawn at different heights throughout your world. The type of fossil you find determines what creature you can revive. Mesozoic fossils give you animals from the Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous periods.
Step 2: Extract DNA
You’ll need an Analyzer to pull DNA from fossils and Flasks to store it. Flasks are easy to craft with just glass.
Step 3: Revive Creatures
Use a Cultivator and Organic Ooze to turn DNA into eggs. The Ooze powers the Cultivator, so bring plenty because it goes fast.
Step 4: Hatch Your Eggs
Eggs are ready to hatch. Keep in mind some eggs spawn multiple creatures, so make sure your enclosures are big enough.
