What is Pokécube Mod?

Pokécube is a mod that brings Pokémon into Minecraft. Catch wild Pokémon, train them, battle with your team, and try to catch them all. The mod adds 50+ creatures with real-time battles, experience systems, breeding, and the same mechanics from the original games.

Catching and Battling

• Throw Pokéballs to catch wild Pokémon. Catch rates work like the real games, so weaken them first to improve your odds.
• Battle wild Pokémon in real-time with your team. No pausing during fights.
• Pokémon gain experience from battles. Only the one that lands the final blow gets the exp.
• Over 50 moves with proper animations and type advantages that matter.

Training and Leveling

• Your Pokémon level up through battles and learn new moves following Generation 4 rules.
• Damage uses real stats, type effectiveness, and move power like the actual games.
• A health bar shows your Pokémon’s life, experience, and level in real-time.
• Tamed Pokémon defend you against hostile mobs.

Breeding and Eggs

• Pokémon breed if they’re in the same evolution line and opposite genders.
• Females lay eggs that hatch after sitting on the ground for a while.
• Pick up and move eggs wherever you want by right-clicking them.
• Wild eggs and newly hatched Pokémon spawn naturally in the world.

Pokédex and Healing

• Pokédex item lets you view all Pokémon with their stats, moves, and sounds.
• Healing center block restores your team’s health between battles.
• Evolution stones found in the world or craftable for evolving your Pokémon.
• Support for 25+ languages to display Pokémon names and moves in your language.

Pokémon Included

The mod includes 50+ Pokémon from the early generations, including starters like Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle, plus fan favorites like Pikachu, Mewtwo, Eevee, and their evolution lines.

How to Install Pokécube Mod

1. Download and install Minecraft Forge for your version.
2. Download both Pokécube Core and Pokécube Mobs files.
3. Place both .jar files in your .minecraft/mods folder.
4. Launch Minecraft and create a new world. You’ll choose a starter Pokémon when you start.
5. You get empty Pokéballs and a healing center to get going.

Basic Controls

• Right-click to throw a Pokéball at wild Pokémon to catch them.
• Right-click your Pokémon to release it from its ball.
• Right-click again to tell it to stay or follow you.
• Left-click to recall it back into its Pokéball.

Version Support

Pokécube works on Minecraft 1.6.4 and 1.5.2 with Forge. The mod replaces vanilla mobs, so it’s incompatible with other mods that add creatures to the world. Download the version matching your Minecraft installation.
