Classic Emissive Ores Resource Pack for Minecraft 1.18.2, 1.19.4

Classic Emissive Ores makes all your ores glow when you’re in dark areas. It adds an emissive layer to Iron, Copper, Gold, Redstone, Lapis, Emerald, Diamond, and their deep variants. Nether ores get the same treatment: Nether Gold, Nether Quartz, and Gilded Blackstone all light up. Your ores become easier to spot while exploring, and your world looks a lot prettier too.

What This Pack Does

The main feature is simple: ores emit light in dark places. This makes mining expeditions less of a guessing game. You’ll spot that emerald in the deep caves immediately. The effect is subtle enough to look natural, not like your ores are radioactive.

Requirements and Compatibility

This resource pack requires OptiFine to work properly. The emissive texture layer won’t display without it. This pack works with OptiFine’s enhanced graphics features and connected textures if you have those enabled.
