What loot can I find in pyramids?

Pyramids contain enchanted books, iron ingots, gold ingots, emeralds, diamonds, and bones. Some loot is inside trapped chests, so watch for tripwires.

Do pyramids spawn in other biomes?

No. Pyramids only generate in desert biomes. If you see a pyramid listed near another biome, it means that biome is adjacent to the desert where the pyramid spawned.

This seed drops you in a Desert biome with a massive cavern to explore nearby. Head south to coordinates 16, 64, 352 and you’ll find a desert village with a pyramid dead center. West of the village there’s a Coral Reef in the Warm Ocean biome if you want to branch off.

The area also has Eroded Badlands to the east, which is great if you’re hunting for rare blocks and natural color variations.

Spawn in a Plains biome right next to a pyramid. Seriously, it’s right there. Around you are deserts, rivers, and savanna biomes. There’s even a village to the west if you want to set up a base nearby.

This area is packed with animals like cows, chickens, and sheep. If you want a seed for pure exploration and easy pyramid access, this one’s solid.

You’ll spawn in the middle of a Desert Hills biome. Travel south to coordinates 81, 64, 270 and you’ll find a pyramid waiting. There’s also a Pillager Outpost to the east at 256, 64, 100 if you want a challenge.

Start in the Plains but there’s a pyramid east of you at coordinates 45, 68, 237. The mixture of Plains, Desert, and Savanna biomes around you makes this one fun for exploration without getting bored.

Tips for Pyramid Raiding

Bring shears to disable tripwire traps before they activate
Watch for pressure plates and weighted pressure plates inside
The best loot is in the lower chamber
