Project Expansion Mod is an unofficial expansion for ProjectE that adds tons of new features. If you’re already using ProjectE, this mod gives you EMC displays, more ways to passively generate EMC, alchemical teleportation books, and a bunch of other quality-of-life additions.

Main Features

Advanced Alchemical Chest

Combines the functionality of both Alchemical Bags and Alchemical Chests from ProjectE into one block. Bands and other items work normally inside. You can automate I/O with hoppers, and change the color by holding an alchemical bag, sneaking, and right-clicking.

Alchemical Books for Teleportation

Save teleportation locations and jump back to them by spending EMC. Each tier gets better.

• Basic Alchemical Book: Teleport within the same dimension for 1000 EMC per block.
• Advanced Alchemical Book: Same dimension only, but cuts the cost to 500 EMC per block. Save locations to your player instead of the book so you don’t lose them if the book gets destroyed. Sneak and right-click to toggle where new locations save.
• Master Alchemical Book: Works like Advanced but costs 100 EMC per block and lets you teleport across dimensions.
• Arcane Alchemical Book: Saves locations on your player, works across dimensions, and costs nothing (0 EMC). Free teleporting once you get here.

Alchemical Collection Enchantment

Apply this to pickaxes, axes, and shovels. When you mine, drops with EMC values get converted directly into EMC instead of dropping as items. Mining a diamond gives you 8192 EMC instead of the diamond itself. You still get experience, and the mod learns the item. Toggle it on and off with ProjectE’s extra function key (C by default).

Collectors

Passive EMC generators that distribute power to nearby blocks. Higher tier collectors are compressed versions made by combining 9 of a lower tier. These compressed versions have an enchanted glow and are only for crafting, not placeable.

EMC Display

Shows your current EMC and gain/loss rate in the top left corner. On by default but you can turn it off in the config. EMC values display shortened by default (like “5 Trillion” instead of 5000000000000). Hold shift to see the full number.

EMC Link Block

A utility block that imports and exports. You can push items and fluids out, and pull EMC and items in.

Power Flowers

Another passive EMC generator. They produce EMC once per second and send it straight to your inventory. Can’t be transferred to adjacent blocks. Adjustable from 1 to 200 ticks per generation cycle (20 ticks per second). The mod bundles generation into bursts to prevent lag from too many flowers running at once, which might cause slight delays (50-150ms) but nothing you’ll notice.

Knowledge Sharing Book

Stores your learned EMC values and lets you share them with other players. Gets consumed on use in survival mode.
