No. Most ApocaBuckets spread infinitely and won't stop. The tsunami, void, fire, toxic, and frozen buckets all keep spreading forever. The paint buckets spread every second but do eventually decay. This is what makes the mod fun but also chaotic.

Can I use ApocaBuckets with other mods?

Generally yes. ApocaBuckets works with most other Forge mods without issues. Since it's a Forge mod, it's compatible with the Forge ecosystem. Just make sure you don't have mod conflicts that cause problems, but that's rare.

Bucket Types Explained

Apocalyptic Bucket
The basic building block for crafting other buckets. You can technically wear it as a hat (but it probably won’t work how you’d hope).

Tsunami Bucket
Creates a fast-moving water-like substance that spreads everywhere and can break blocks. Drop it on the ground and it floods the area. Drop it from the sky and it creates a massive wave that floods your entire world. Classic destructive bucket.

Void Bucket
Covers everything in spreading darkness. Acts like lava but darker and never stops spreading. Creates a flooded void effect across terrain.

Fire Bucket
Spreads green fire that never stops. Simple but effective for creating a burning wasteland.

BlackHole Bucket
Creates a black hole that sucks in nearby objects and constantly changes what it’s pulling in. Starts small but gradually increases its pickup radius, so you need to wait a couple seconds to see the full effect.

Toxic Bucket
The zombie maker. Creates toxic floodwater that kills players but turns other mobs into zombies. Perfect for creating a post-apocalyptic zombie-infested landscape.

Frozen Bucket
A frozen version of the tsunami. Turns terrain into ice and has a chance to convert blocks to packed ice as it spreads. Basically a tsunami made of ice.

White Paint Bucket
Spreads white color to nearby blocks every second. Mix it with the purple paint bucket and they’ll fight to color the terrain.

Purple Paint Bucket
Spreads purple to blocks every second, then decays. Create interesting color battles by mixing white and purple paint buckets together.
