Target Practice Map for Minecraft 1.20.4, 1.19.4

Aim-training map for Minecraft 1.20.4. Hit moving targets with egg, snowball, bow, or crossbow. Wind and distractions make it harder than it looks.

Target Practice is a small aim-training map by sShiba. You pick a projectile, shoot at targets, and the wind plus moving targets make sure it’s never as simple as it sounds. No mods needed, and the minimal layout keeps the focus entirely on your aim.

What the Map Is About

The goal is to hit as many targets as possible. Sounds easy. The targets move, wind pushes your shots off course, and background distractions are thrown in to mess with your focus. The map is deliberately tight and stripped-back so there’s nothing pulling your attention away from actually aiming.

Four Shooting Modes

You get to pick from four projectiles:

  • Egg
  • Snowball
  • Bow
  • Crossbow

Each one behaves a bit differently. Snowball and egg shots are a solid warmup for learning how the wind drift works. If you mainly play with a crossbow in survival, this map is good practice for learning lead time on moving targets.

Before You Play

  • Only play on 1.19.4 or 1.20.4. Other versions may break things.
  • Set your Render Distance to 12 or higher. Lower settings can cause map elements to not load correctly.
