The vanilla compass is basically useless once you’ve found your spawn. Dynamical Compass fixes that by letting you mark any block as your destination, then pointing you toward it. It’s a small change with a real impact, especially on large worlds or unfamiliar terrain.
How It Works
Sneak and right-click any block to set it as your waypoint. The compass needle then points toward that location instead of magnetic north. It’s also dimension-aware, meaning it only shows direction when you’re in the same dimension as your saved destination. No phantom pointers sending you off a cliff in the Nether.

Crafting Recipes

How to Install
- Download and install Minecraft Forge for your Minecraft version.
- Download the Recipes Library Mod and place it in your mods folder.
- Download Dynamical Compass Mod from the links below.
- Drop the .jar file into your
.minecraft/modsfolder. - Launch Minecraft using the Forge profile and you’re good to go.
