What does right-clicking do with the gun?

Yamato Gun Mod by pitan76 adds guns to Minecraft. Right now there are two guns with matching ammo, and more are planned. It’s not the most complex weapon mod out there, but the reload mechanic works well and it clears mobs noticeably faster than a bow.
