Gray’s Villagers Resource Pack completely changes how the social mobs look in Minecraft. Villagers and Illagers get swapped out for cute animals, Iron Golems become Guardians, and Piglins finally get some visual variety. If you’re tired of staring at the same bland NPC faces every playthrough, this one’s worth grabbing.
What This Pack Changes
Villagers and Illagers
Every Villager and Illager gets a new animal-based skin. It covers the full roster, so villages and raids both look noticeably different. The designs fit the 32x style well and don’t feel out of place in vanilla Minecraft.
Iron Golems
Iron Golems are retextured to look like Guardians. It’s a creative swap that gives them a more mechanical, aquatic feel. Works better than it sounds.
Piglins
Piglins get more visual variety instead of all looking identical. Makes the Nether feel a bit less repetitive when you’re trading or running away from them.
