Do I need Forge or Fabric to use this?

No. Data packs are a vanilla Minecraft feature. You don't need any mod loader. Just drop it into your world's datapacks folder.

What is the Resource Pack for, and do I have to install it?

The Resource Pack adds the custom textures and sounds that go along with the holiday content. Technically optional, but without it some things will look or sound wrong. Just install both.

Can I add this to an existing world?

Yes. You don't need to start a new world. Add the data pack to your existing world's datapacks folder and the seasonal content will start working.

Does this work on a multiplayer server?

Yes. Add the data pack to your server's world datapacks folder. Players will also need the Resource Pack installed on their client side for the visuals to show up correctly.

Will this conflict with other data packs I already have?

It should work fine alongside most other data packs. Conflicts are only likely if you're running another pack that heavily modifies villager trades or weather systems.
