Does Macaw's Holidays work with other Macaw's mods?

Yes. Macaw's Holidays is from the same mod family as Macaw's Furniture, Roofs, and Windows. They all work together without issues.

Are the decorations only for Halloween, or does the mod have Christmas and Easter content too?

Right now the main content is Halloween. Christmas and Easter are planned but the mod is still in development, so those holiday themes aren't in the current release yet.

Do I need any other mods installed for this to work?

Just Forge or Fabric, depending on which version you download. No extra library mods required. JEI or REI is optional but makes finding crafting recipes a lot easier.

Can I use these decorations in survival mode, or are they creative-only?

All decorations are craftable in survival using vanilla materials, so no creative mode needed.

Is there a config file to disable specific decorations?

Yes, the mod includes a configuration menu where you can tweak the appearance of decorations. You can access it through your mod options.

Macaw’s Holidays is a decoration mod focused on seasonal and holiday themes. The first release alone packs in over 80 Halloween-themed blocks and props, all craftable from vanilla materials. If you’ve ever wanted carved pumpkins that actually look good, graveyard setups, or a proper spooky atmosphere, this one’s worth grabbing.

What’s in the Mod

The Halloween content is the main attraction right now. It covers a solid range of decorative blocks, from the basics like carved pumpkins and cobwebs to more specific stuff like a witch cauldron, standing broom, and a scarecrow. Most of it works exactly like placing any other block.
