Meow Christmas Resource Pack Overview
The Meow Christmas Resource Pack brings festive holiday decorations to your Minecraft world. Instead of replacing existing blocks, this pack uses renamed items placed in item frames to create your Christmas decorations. Pick up a pair of leather boots, rename them with an anvil, and place them in an item frame. Then use dyes to customize the colors to match your build.
Decorations Available
Main Decorations
The pack includes a variety of decorative items perfect for the holiday season:
- Presents in three sizes and colors (small and big, available in gold, red, and green)
- Christmas tree
- Snowman
- Wreaths
- Candy canes
- Santa hat
- Santa socks
- Christmas lights (both animated and static versions)
Other Decorations
Beyond the main decorations, you can create:
- Christmas Balls: Rename white stained glass to “Christmas Ball” using an anvil
- Santa Sledges: Rename red wool to “Santa Sledge” using an anvil
Wearable Items
You can also craft a Santa hat that can be worn on your head. Just take a carved pumpkin, rename it to “Red Santa Hat” with an anvil, and equip it.
Food Items
The pack also reskins some food items for the holidays:
- Golden apples appear as candy canes
- Cake becomes a Christmas cake
- Cookies look like gingerbread cookies
How to Install
Installing the Meow Christmas Resource Pack is straightforward:
- Download the pack from the link below
- Open Minecraft and go to Options > Resource Packs
- Click “Open Pack Folder”
- Place the downloaded file into the folder
- Go back to Minecraft and activate the pack from the list
