Upgraded Netherite Mod
Upgraded Netherite Mod takes the base Netherite armor and turns it into something actually interesting. Instead of just one type of Netherite gear, you get multiple elemental variants. Going to spend time farming lava lakes? Grab Fire Netherite and get bonuses for that environment. It’s a straightforward idea that makes end-game gear choices matter.
The mod expands the late-game grind in a way that feels natural. You’re not just grinding for better stats, you’re building a loadout based on where you’re going. That RPG-style progression is what keeps players coming back.
What’s Included
Elemental Netherite Variants
The mod adds multiple elemental versions of Netherite armor, tools, and weapons. Each type adapts to its environment. The armor crafting recipes stay the same, but you’ll find new ingot recipes for each elemental type.
Add-On Packs
There are three optional add-ons that layer on extra content:
Ultimerite
Adds Ultimerite armor, horse armor, weapons, and tools. Armor pieces give effects from other armor types, and weapons/tools get effects from other tools. Both are configurable if you want to tone them down.
Creativerite
This one’s the creative/fun add-on. Weapons instantly kill enemies, tools instantly break blocks, horse armor takes no damage and heals, and armor gives you flight plus damage immunity and constant healing. It’s overpowered by design.
Items Pack
Adds special consumable items and totems:
- Netherite and Golderite apples with Hunger, Fire Resistance, Strength, and Resistance effects
- Enderite Pearls that let you teleport mobs
- Netherite Totems with Regeneration and damage resistance
- Specialized totems for different enemy types (Piglins, fire mobs, Ender mobs, aquatic enemies, Wither Skeletons, spiders, Phantoms, baby mobs)
- Corrupterite Totem that scales damage resistance with armor equipped
Finding Recipes
The mod has a lot of recipes. Install Just Enough Items (for Forge) or Roughly Enough Items (for Fabric) to browse them in-game instead of hunting online guides.
What You Need
This mod requires:
- Minecraft Forge
- Upgraded Core (dependency)
How to Install
Installation is standard for Forge mods:
- Make sure Forge is installed for your Minecraft version
- Download the mod file
- Drop it in your .minecraft/mods folder
- Launch Minecraft and it’ll load with the rest of your mods
