Is ODailyQuests a mod or a plugin?

It's a plugin for Spigot servers. You install it on your server, not on individual players' clients. All your players can use it without installing anything themselves.

Can I use this on my 1.20+ server?

This version is built for 1.16 through 1.19.4. Check the plugin creator's page for newer versions if you're running 1.20+.

What database does ODailyQuests need?

You can use YAML (the default, no setup needed), H2, or MySQL. Pick whichever your server already uses or is easiest for you to set up.

Can I change the quest rewards?

Yes, completely customizable. Give items, money, XP, run commands, apply potion effects, or any combination of those. Edit the config to change it.

Do all players get the same quests?

You can run it global (everyone gets the same quests) or categorized (different players get different quests by difficulty). Your choice in the config.

ODailyQuests Plugin Overview

ODailyQuests is a daily quest plugin for Spigot servers that keeps players coming back every day. Your players get random quests assigned daily, weekly, or monthly depending on how you set it up. Complete them to earn rewards. It’s simple, effective, and highly customizable.

What You Get

The plugin gives you 24 different quest types to work with. Kill mobs, mine blocks, craft items, catch fish, grow crops – you name it. Each quest type can have 5 different reward options: items, money, experience, commands, or potion effects. You decide what your players earn when they finish quests.

Set quests to reset daily, weekly, or monthly. Run them globally for all players or split them into categories (easy, medium, hard). The plugin syncs everything so it all resets at the right time automatically.

Installation

This is a Spigot plugin, not a mod, so you don’t need Forge or Fabric. Just download the JAR file below and drop it into your server’s plugins folder. Restart your server and the plugin will generate a config file. Edit it to customize how quests work on your server.
