The Dungeons and Taverns Woodland Mansion Overhaul completely transforms Woodland Mansions into the massive Illager Manor. This isn’t a small tweak. It replaces vanilla mansions with a sprawling fortress packed with distinct rooms, secret passages, loot, and way more enemies to fight.
What You Get
The Structure
The Illager Manor is huge. It spawns at the exact same locations as vanilla Woodland Mansions, so Woodland Explorer Maps will still lead you right to them. You can also use /locate structure minecraft:mansion or /locate structure nova_structures:illager_manor to find them.
The main building branches off into 3 house sections with 9 layout variations total. Around the center, you’ll find gardens that can be ponds, springs, graveyards, or marketplaces. It’s more detailed and way more interesting than what Mojang gave us.
Rooms and Variations
- Small Rooms: 32 variations, with 1 secret room hidden behind an Illager Sentry Symbol
- Medium Rooms: 24 variations for the main levels
- Large Rooms: 30 variations that keep the Woodland Mansion vibe you’re used to
- 4 Different Lobbies to mix things up
- Attic: Dark, cobweb-filled, with weird wool decorations scattered around
- 11 Attic variations to explore
Basement
Below everything is a full basement level with its own room variations. You’ll find jailcells trapping villagers, iron golems, and allays. Free them and they’ll help you raid the place. The basement has 30 small room variations and 18 medium room variations, with 7 secret rooms hidden in the small sections.
Secret Rooms
Look for the Illager Sentry Symbol on walls. That’s your hint that a secret room is behind it. There are 8 slim secret room variations to discover throughout the structure.
Mobs and Loot
The manor is packed with Vindicators, Evokers, Pillagers, Witches, and Ravagers. At least 1 Evoker is guaranteed to spawn. Unlike vanilla Woodland Mansions, this place is actually worth raiding for loot. Custom loot tables are included, but vanilla tables can roll too. This also supports modded items if you add them through the loot system.
Special Enchantment: Illager’s Bane
A new enchantment drops from this structure:
- Deals extra damage to Illagers, Vexes, Witches, and Ravagers
- Works on weapons only
- Max level: 5
- Can’t be combined with Sharpness, Smite, or Bane of Arthropods
Extra Details
- Bookshelves can be replaced with chiseled bookshelves that hold enchanted books
- Allays holding echo shards that get hit by lightning turn into vexes
- Map rooms contain maps to Pillager Outposts and Ancient Cities
