Aquatic Expansion Addon for Minecraft Bedrock 1.18

The Aquatic update added dolphins and some new water blocks, but it didn’t go far enough. This addon fills that gap by adding 6 new fish species and new items you can craft from them. If you want more life in your oceans and new food sources to farm, this addon is worth trying.

What’s Included

The addon adds six new fish types to Minecraft’s water. Some are hostile and will attack you. Others are passive and just swim around. When they die, they drop meat that you can cook and eat, plus special items for crafting.

Shark

Hostile – attacks on sight
Health: 20
Drops: meat, shark teeth, shark skin

Jellyfish

Hostile – attacks when you get close
Drops: jellyfish meat

Tuna

Passive
Drops: tuna meat

Anchovy

Passive
Drops: anchovy meat

Mackerel

Passive
Drops: mackerel meat

Goldfish

Drops: goldfish meat

Crafting and Cooking

All fish meat can be cooked in a furnace to restore hunger. Shark drops are more useful. Shark teeth can be crafted into a shark tooth knife. Shark skin converts into leather. This means sharks are worth hunting for better gear and food.
