Gun Expansion Mod (1.19.4, 1.18.2)

Gun Expansion Mod adds over 10 new weapons that fit right into the base CGM guns. You get pistols, submachine guns, rifles, and shotguns. Everything is balanced to work alongside CGM’s existing arsenal, with detailed models and mechanics for each weapon type.

Pistols

Revolver

A classic six-shooter that trades versatility for raw power. Lower fire rate than the standard pistol, but better damage per shot and improved accuracy. Good for players with steady aim who can control their trigger finger.

Submachine Guns

Micro SMG

Ammo: Basic Bullets | Capacity: 32 | Attachments: Barrel, Scope, Stock

Pure spray and pray. Tiny automatic machine pistol with a very high fire rate but mediocre accuracy. Shreds close quarters but struggles at range. In early versions this was called the Uzi, which is still reflected in the item ID for 1.19.2.

Submachine Gun

Ammo: Basic Bullets | Capacity: 30 | Attachments: Barrel, Scope, Stock, Underbarrel

The Micro SMG’s grown-up sibling. Automatic carbine with a high fire rate and better control. Takes all four attachment types for maximum customization.

Rapid SMG

Ammo: Basic Bullets | Capacity: 40 | Attachments: Barrel, Scope, Stock, Underbarrel

Full-auto CQC specialist. Fires very fast with the first shot always accurate. Accuracy drops quickly in sustained fire, so stick to short controlled bursts at range.

Shotguns

Pump Shotgun

Ammo: Shells | Capacity: 8 | Attachments: Barrel, Scope, Stock, Underbarrel

Basic pump-action shotgun similar to the stock CGM shotgun. Low fire rate, high damage per shot. Uses the original CGM shotgun model from before the v1.3.0 update.

Hunting Shotgun

Ammo: Shells | Capacity: 4 | Attachments: Barrel, Scope

Long-barreled pump-action built for hunting big game. Even lower fire rate than the pump shotgun, but hits harder with tighter spread. Uses a mix of iron and wood to save on resources.

Double Barreled Shotgun

Ammo: Shells | Capacity: 2 | Attachments: Scope

The classic broomstick. Single shot damage is weak and accuracy suffers, but you get two powerful scattershots in quick succession. Use it when you need to get up close or clear a room fast. Blends iron and wood costs.

Automatic Shotgun

Ammo: Shells | Capacity: 14 | Attachments: Barrel, Scope, Stock, Underbarrel

The big shotgun that goes full auto. Unleashes volleys downrange at a decent clip. Damage per shot is low, but the fire rate makes up for it. High recoil makes you want to use a shoulder stock.

Rifles

Heavy Assault Rifle

Ammo: Medium Bullets | Capacity: 30 | Attachments: Barrel, Scope, Stock, Underbarrel

Bulky and wild, this full-auto rifle packs a punch. Heavy recoil and accuracy drops fast on auto fire, but it’s manageable. Above-average damage and decent ammo capacity give it an edge over lighter weapons. Fire single shots or short bursts for better accuracy at medium range. Blends iron and wood costs.

Battle Rifle

Ammo: Medium Bullets | Capacity: 20 | Attachments: Barrel, Scope, Stock, Underbarrel

The bigger brother of the assault rifle. Long-barrel automatic focused on power and accuracy. High damage and minimal accuracy dropoff. Excels at medium and long range but struggles in close quarters.

Machine Gun

Ammo: Medium Bullets | Capacity: 30 | Attachments: Barrel, Scope, Stock, Underbarrel

Mix the assault rifle with a minigun and you get this. Bulky, loud, and expensive, but the fire rate brings suppressive firepower. Low accuracy and a high price tag, but it dominates on the battlefield.

Infantry Rifle

Vintage-style semi-automatic that does it all. Moderately powerful, good fire rate for a rifle, decent ammo capacity, and excellent accuracy. Solid choice for extended range engagements. Blends iron and wood costs.

Automatic Sniper Rifle

Ammo: Medium Bullets | Capacity: 16 | Attachments: Barrel, Scope, Underbarrel

Self-loading rifle that handles sniper duties. Fires automatically but at a slow rate compared to other autos. Not as powerful as dedicated snipers, but the lighter medium bullet lets you fire faster with higher ammo capacity.

Hunting Rifle

Ammo: Advanced Bullets | Capacity: 1 | Attachments: Barrel, Scope, Underbarrel

Vintage single-shot breechloader built to drop the biggest threats with pinpoint accuracy. Only holds one shot so there’s a long delay between rounds. Make each shot count. Uses a mix of iron and wood. Uses the same model as the Bolt Action Rifle from before the v1.3.0 update.

Bolt Action Rifle

Ammo: Medium Bullets | Capacity: 4 | Attachments: Barrel, Scope

Mechanically simple rifle with a rotating bolt. Hits hard with practically perfect accuracy and decent fire rate for a bolt-action. Main perk is using cheaper medium bullets, so you save resources on spare ammo. Blends iron and wood costs. Uses the same model the Hunting Rifle had before v1.3.0.

Sniper Rifle

Ammo: Advanced Bullets | Capacity: 6 | Attachments: Barrel, Scope, Underbarrel

Militarized bolt-action optimized for pinpoint accuracy. Fires higher-caliber rounds and delivers excellent single-shot damage. Balances fire rate and raw power nicely, sitting right between the CGM rifle and the Hunting Rifle in performance.
