How do I install Chunk Loaders Mod?

What does a chunk loader actually do?

It keeps chunks loaded so the game keeps processing them. Your crops grow, trees log, sugar cane spreads, and mobs spawn even when you're not there. Without chunk loaders, everything stops when you leave that area.

Will this work with other mods?
