Ascension Map: PvP Meets Parkour
Ascension Map takes the parkour genre and throws intense PvP combat into the mix. Created by Monkeway, this is a multiplayer map that forces you to think fast, move faster, and fight while dodging obstacles. You’re constantly moving between platforms while battling other players. It’s chaotic, it’s competitive, and it’s fun.
What Makes Ascension Different
The map includes 8 custom classes, each with their own abilities and playstyle. You can pick a class that matches how you want to fight. Some might focus on mobility, others on raw damage. Mix that with constant parkour challenges and you’ve got a map that keeps you on your toes.
The environment itself is packed with random objects and blocks scattered around. You’re not just hopping from point A to point B. You’re navigating a chaotic battlefield where every jump matters and one mistake sends you down.
Requirements
- Minecraft 1.20.1
- Optifine is strongly recommended for better performance
- Multiplayer only (not for singleplayer)
- Vanilla Minecraft works fine, but Spigot is recommended for server hosting
- Difficulty: Easy
- Needs at least 4 players to really shine
How to Install
Installing Ascension Map is straightforward. Download the map file, extract it if it’s compressed, then drop the folder into your Minecraft saves directory at .minecraft/saves. For multiplayer servers, upload the map folder to your server’s world directory.
