Overview
PokémonMD adds a ton of new mobs to Minecraft 1.7.10. You get hostile creatures, mini-bosses, and full bosses that actually feel dangerous. The mod takes Pokémon designs and mixes them with other franchises like Starcraft and Final Fantasy, so nothing feels out of place. If you want more combat challenge and unique mob variety, this mod is worth checking out.
What You Get
Hostile Mobs
Most of the creatures in this mod are hostile. They have different attack patterns, abilities, and loot drops. Some shoot projectiles, others apply status effects like Blindness and Poison. A few can summon allies during fights. The variety means you can’t just use the same strategy for every encounter.
Mini-Bosses & Commanders
Creatures like Clay Commander Delcatty and Dark Glass Manectric pose real threats. They spawn in specific biomes and conditions, some only at full moon. These fights require actual strategy, not just spamming clicks.
Unique Abilities
Mobs have traits that matter. Some are immune to knockback. Others take extra damage from specific sources. A few can only be killed in certain ways for full drops. This adds depth to combat.

Compatibility & Performance
PokémonMD works fine with most mods that don’t conflict with mob behavior. If you run into issues, check the mod description for known incompatibilities. Performance depends on your setup, but the mod doesn’t cause major lag on standard systems.
The mod is designed for Minecraft 1.7.10. Don’t try to force it into newer versions. If you want this for a different version, check if someone ported it.
