This is a faithful recreation of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild in Minecraft, built by KIPTRIX. If you’re a Zelda fan, you’ll recognize the world immediately. Everything’s there: the landscape, the locations, the vibe. You play as Link and explore a massive open world at your own pace. No hand-holding, no forced quests. Just you and Hyrule.
Core Features
The map nails what made Breath of the Wild special. You can climb on nearly anything, which completely changes how you explore. There’s a working paraglide system for gliding across the landscape. You craft gear and resources like the original game. The stamina system works too, so you actually have to manage your energy and eat food to recover.
KIPTRIX packed in as much as possible from the original, and it shows. Comes with a custom resource pack to match the look and feel.
Installation
- Download the map file using the link below
- Extract the folder if it’s compressed
- Paste the folder into your .minecraft/saves directory
- Load up Minecraft and play

Setup Tips
This map looks incredible with a shaders mod. The lighting and atmosphere really pop when you add shaders. The custom resource pack works fine with most shader setups, so grab a shader pack you like and go from there.
Version Compatibility
Built for Minecraft 1.12.2 and 1.11.2. Don’t expect it to work on other versions. Make sure you’re running the right Minecraft version before jumping in.
