The Doors Mod adds 3 new usable doors to Minecraft that work like portals. Build a frame around each door and they’ll automatically link to other doors of the same type, letting you create fast travel routes and custom entrances throughout your world.

How Portal Mechanics Work

To use a door as a portal, build a solid frame of blocks around it. The door will then automatically link to the nearest door of the same type within 256 blocks. Just walk through to teleport. You don’t need to manually pair doors or set up any complex systems.

Mod Showcase

Installation

1. Download and install Minecraft Forge for version 1.7.10
2. Download and install iChun Util (required dependency)
3. Download The Doors Mod jar file
4. Open your .minecraft folder and go to the mods folder (create it if it doesn’t exist)
5. Drag the mod jar file into your mods folder
6. Launch Minecraft with Forge and enjoy your new doors

To view the crafting recipes for the custom doors, install Just Enough Items for Forge. It will show you all the recipes included with this mod.
