Can I craft all the trinkets or do I need to find them?

Both. You can find trinkets in world chests or craft them if you know the recipe. Use JEI to see all crafting recipes in-game.

What do I do with duplicate trinkets?

Right-click a trinket on an Amethyst Block to get Unknown Fragments. Combine 9 fragments to craft a Mysterious Trinket.

How to Get Trinkets

You can get trinkets two ways:

Loot: Find them in chests scattered around the world. It’s not guaranteed, but you can tweak drop rates in the config.
Crafting: Make them using recipes. Use JEI to see all the crafting recipes in-game.

Recycle Duplicates

Got a trinket you don’t need? Combine 9 Unknown Fragments into a Mysterious Trinket. Get Unknown Fragments by right-clicking a trinket on an Amethyst Block.

Trinket Effects

Here’s what each trinket does:

Amphibious Hands: Mine 2x faster underwater.
Blaze Nucleus: Fire immunity. Your attacks catch things on fire.
Blindfold: You’re invisible. Mobs can only see you from close range.
Broken Ankh: Saves you from death like a Totem of Undying. 30 minute cooldown.
Broken Magnet: Pull items from 25 blocks away.
Callus: Take no damage from Cactus, Anvil, hot blocks, or Sweet Berry Bush. Fall damage drops by 10%. All damage reduced by 5%.
Cracked Crown: +50% to everything. Attack Damage, Movement Speed, Armor, Attack Speed, Armor Toughness, Knockback, Knockback Resistance, Luck, and Max Health.
Creeper Sense: You explode when a mob gets near you.
Experience Battery: Leveling up gives you extra experience points.
Experience Magnet: Suck up experience from 25 blocks away.
Explosion-proof Jacket: Reduce blast damage by 30%. Get TNT when hit by explosions.
Fertilizer: Crops and plants grow faster around you.
Ghast Eye: Gain 10 extra hearts. Get healing from killing mobs. Effects stack.
Gills: Breathe underwater. Can’t breathe air. Only removable while underwater.
Gods Crown: +120% to all stats. The ultimate boost item.
Ice Cube: Mobs you hit get Slowness 2 for 10 seconds. Water freezes under your feet.
Lucky Horseshoe: Your horse gets health regen.
Lucky Rock: 5% chance to get Coal, Diamond, Iron, Gold, Emerald, Redstone, Flint, Lapis, or Glowstone when breaking stone.
Missing Page: 25% chance to hurt mobs within 25 blocks when they hit you. Damage equals 20% of their max HP.
Moon Stone: 87% less gravity. No fall damage.
Puffer Fish Liver: 30% chance to poison mobs for 5 minutes when you attack. You’re immune to poison.
Rage Mind: Your damage increases based on the damage you take.
Reverse Card: 50% chance to reflect a mob’s own damage back at it.
Sigil Of Baphomet: Get 1 second of damage immunity when you kill a mob. Killing more mobs adds more seconds, up to 10 total.
Sleeping Pills: Phantoms stay away from you. You see in the dark better. Can’t sleep in beds. Only removable during daytime.
Speed Force: +200% speed. Your FOV gets weird.
Super Magnet: Pull items and experience from 50 blocks away.
Tear Of The Sea: +150% swim speed.
Tick: Mobs lose 1% of their HP per second if they have over 50 HP. You pay with your life and hunger, but can’t die from it. Only removable while burning.
True Heart Of The Sea: +300% swim speed. Breathe underwater. Mine 3x faster underwater.
Vampire Blood: Heal 10% of a mob’s health when you kill it. Sun exposure hurts you over time.
What? Magnet: Pull mobs and entities from 25 blocks away.
Wooden Stick: You get a 20 damage shield. 5 minute cooldown to reset it.
Nelumbo: Walk on water.
Dark Nelumbo: Walk on lava.
Spider Legs: Climb like a spider.
Ethereal Wings: Fly. Press space twice.
Reforger: Your items repair themselves over time.
