This mod fixes MC-189565, a bug that causes serious lag when spawners try to render certain mobs. If you’ve used Dungeon Crawl or other mods with custom spawners, you know how bad the frame drops can get. This fix stops the problem at the source.
The Bug
When spawners contain certain mobs, Minecraft fails to render their “mini” preview inside the spawner. Every time the game tries to render these mobs and fails, it spams your console with error messages. Lots of spawners means lots of errors means serious lag. These mobs don’t render properly in spawners:
- Bee
- Enderman
- Polar Bear
- Wolf
- Zombified Piglin
- Evoker Fangs
What This Mod Does
Spawner Bug Fix fixes the rendering issue so these mobs display correctly in spawners and stops the console spam. You’ll notice cleaner logs and much better performance in worlds with lots of spawners. Works with any mod that creates custom spawners.
