Hate losing your horse to lag or getting separated when exploring? The Call Your Horse Mod for 1.21.1 fixes that. Tame a horse, link it to an enchanted goat horn, and boom – you can call it back to you whenever you need it. Even works if your horse is in chunks you haven’t loaded yet.

How It Works
Once you’ve tamed and named your horse, run a command to get an enchanted horn bound to that specific horse. Keep the horn in your inventory. Whenever you need your horse, use the horn and it appears right next to you. No more searching through the world or alt-tabbing to find your mount.
Installation
