If you want your Villagers and Illagers to look a lot less creepy and a lot more fluffy, this one’s for you. Lamblets & Ramlets replaces those humanoid NPCs with adorable woolly sheep creatures instead. It’s a surprisingly wholesome change that makes your village feel more like a sheep farm than a people farm.

The pack takes cues from Jeb’s original vision of these mobs as non-human humanoid creatures and runs with it in the cutest possible direction. You get two distinct sheep species (Lamblets and Ramlets) with their own look and vibe. Simple enough to not feel jarring, but distinctive enough to actually care about the difference.

What You Get

Pure texture work. No fancy effects or special renders needed. Just your Villagers and Illagers dressed up like sheep. Works at 16x resolution so it won’t tank your frame rate. The textures are clean and consistent, matching the vanilla style while doing something completely different with the character designs.

Requirements

You need OptiFine installed for this to work properly. If you don’t have it yet, grab it first, then drop this pack in.

How to Install

1. Download the pack using the link below
2. Open Minecraft and go to Options > Resource Packs
3. Click “Open Pack Folder”
4. Paste the downloaded file into that folder
5. Restart Minecraft and activate the pack in your resource packs list
