Do I need OptiFine to use this pack?

OptiFine is recommended for the best experience, but the pack will work without it. OptiFine just gives you better graphics overall and makes resource packs look even better.

Tools Retextured is 16x resolution. It gives you a noticeable visual upgrade without tanking your frame rate, even on older computers.

What does this pack retexture?

It retextures all the tools. Pickaxes, axes, shovels, hoes, swords, spades, and other tool items all get custom textures.

Will this work with other resource packs?

You can stack resource packs in Minecraft, but if another pack also changes tool textures, the one on top will override it. Just organize your pack order in the Resource Packs menu.
