Obsidian++ is a simple mod that gives your stacks of obsidian a real purpose. You get a full set of obsidian tools, armor, and even a paxel if you want to mine everything with one tool. Everything’s customizable too, so you can tweak damage, durability, and item IDs to fit your world.
What’s Included
Tools
Obsidian pickaxe, axe, shovel, and sword. All tools are based on obsidian stats, so they hit hard and last a long time.
Armor
A full set of obsidian armor. Head, chest, leggings, and boots. Gives you solid protection if you actually make it.
Bonus Items
Obsidian paxel for mining stone, wood, and dirt all at once. Obsidian stairs if you want to build with your best material.
Configuration
Don’t like the default values? Change everything. Tweak tool damage and durability. Set your own item IDs. It’s all in the config file.
How to Install
First, make sure you have Minecraft Forge installed for your version.
- Download the mod file below
- Drop it in your .minecraft/mods folder
- Launch the game and it should work
Server Setup
Same deal on servers. Put the mod in the same folder where your minecraft_server.jar is, and the server will load it on startup.
Supported Versions
This mod works with both client and server. One mod file does it all.
