What is the Mazes Mod?

The Mazes Mod adds procedurally generated pyramid structures to your world. Each pyramid is packed with interconnected mazes that you have to navigate to reach the treasure room at the top. Pyramids spawn naturally in desert and jungle biomes, giving you something to hunt for while exploring.

Pyramid Structures

Ancient pyramids appear in desert and jungle biomes. They’re constructed with unbreakable blocks that feel like real ancient tombs you can’t just punch through.

Random Maze Generation

Each pyramid contains multiple levels of mazes that are procedurally generated. No two pyramids play the same way. You get a fresh challenge every time you find a new one.

Treasure Rooms

Battle your way through the maze layers and you’ll eventually reach the treasure room. That’s where the good loot is. Make it worth the effort.

Teleporter Escape

A teleporter in the treasure room gets you out quickly. Use it once and the pyramid’s unbreakable blocks convert to standard Minecraft blocks you can mine and break. Go back later and strip the pyramid if you want the resources.

How to Install the Mazes Mod

1. Download and install Minecraft Forge for your Minecraft version.
2. Download the mod file from the links below.
3. Navigate to your .minecraft folder and open (or create) the mods folder.
4. Place the downloaded jar file into the mods folder.
5. Launch Minecraft with Forge profile and you’re done.

Mod Compatibility

The Mazes Mod works fine with most other mods. There aren’t any major known conflicts. If you run into issues with a specific mod combo, double-check the mod descriptions to see if there’s any noted incompatibility.
