X-Life Health Mod puts a fresh spin on survival by giving you a unique health progression system. You start with just 1 heart and gradually earn more hearts as you play and die. How X-Life Health Mod Works
Progressive Health System
You begin each world with a single heart. Every time you die, you gain one additional heart (up to a maximum of 10). This creates a natural difficulty progression where the game gets gradually easier as you play. Once you hit 10 hearts, you’ll switch to spectator mode instead of respawning on future deaths.

Installation Guide
