What resolution is this texture pack?

This pack uses 64x64 resolution, which maintains good performance on mobile and PC while keeping the detailed Bloater model and cordyceps effects sharp and clear.

Will this work with other mods?

Yes. The texture pack works with most mods since it only changes textures and particle effects. Just make sure your other mods don't conflict with Warden or Sculk block changes.

Can I use this in multiplayer?

Yes. Apply it to your world and it'll work in both single-player and multiplayer servers. Other players will see the Bloater too if they have the pack installed.

Does the Bloater have different attacks?

The Bloater looks different and more terrifying, but the actual combat mechanics stay the same. It still does the sonic burst attack, just with TLOU-themed visuals.

How do I uninstall this pack?

Go to your resource packs folder and delete the pack file. Restart Minecraft and the vanilla textures will come back.

This texture pack turns the Warden into a gruesome Bloater straight out of The Last of Us HBO series. Instead of the usual hooded mob, you get a terrifying fungal monster covered in scale-like armor. The Sculk blocks all transform into cordyceps-infected terrain that spreads and mutates like a real infection. If you want to make the Deep Dark actually horrifying, this pack delivers.

The Bloater (Warden Retexture)

Bloaters are the most dangerous infected stage in TLOU lore. They’ve had the cordyceps infection for years, so their entire body is covered in thick fungal armor. Their skin forms glowing scale patches that act as mycotoxin pouches. Instead of the Warden’s sonic burst attack, this Bloater uses those pouches as a ranged fungal weapon. It’s a serious threat in survival mode.

Cordyceps Blocks

Cordyceps Mycelium (Sculk replacement) – Spreads when mobs die on it, creating infected networks that look absolutely menacing.

Fungal Catalyst (Sculk Catalyst replacement) – Consumes organic matter and grows in size. Includes detailed particle animations that make the infection feel alive.

Puffball Mushroom Spore (Sculk Shrieker replacement) – Based on real puffball fungi. Opens up to release spore particles and alert nearby Bloaters.

Cordyceps Tendrils (Sculk Sensor replacement) – Creates large networks of thrashing tendrils when it senses movement. Alerts the mushroom spore network.

Calibrated Cordyceps (Calibrated Sculk Sensor replacement) – Same redstone functionality, but with the cordyceps theme.

Cordyceps Vein (Sculk Vein replacement) – Spreads fungal tendrils across surfaces, feeding off nutrients to advance the infection.
