Left 4 Dead 2 Mall Atrium Map Overview

This is the Dead Center finale chapter from Left 4 Dead 2 rebuilt in Minecraft. MustacheMan12 created this building map to bring the mall atrium from the game into Minecraft. The whole map was built in just two days with no mods required. It’s a solid recreation that works well for PvP and PvE gameplay.

Some design choices were intentional. The Jimmy Gibbs car, elevator, and posters were left out. That said, the map is open for changes. You can customize it for PvP battles, PvE survival, or whatever you have in mind.

What’s in the Map

Faithful Layout

The map captures the Dead Center’s layout and feel. Multiple floors, wide open spaces, and good sight lines make it work for different game modes.

Room to Modify

Since the map is pretty bare-bones, you can add decorations, NPCs, or custom gameplay elements to make it your own.

Pure Vanilla

No mods or datapacks needed. Just download and start playing.

Version Requirements

This map is for Minecraft 1.20.4 and 1.19.4 only. Playing on other versions will cause issues. Set render distance to 12 or higher for the best experience.

How to Install

Play With Friends

You can use this map on multiplayer servers. Upload it to your server’s world folder and invite your friends to join.
