Lambchops Mod adds actual food drops to animals that don’t normally give you anything useful. Sheep now drop mutton, squids drop themselves, and bats finally have a purpose. This mod works on Minecraft 1.7.10 and 1.5.2 with Forge.
Features
Sheep & Mutton
Sheep drop 1 to 3 pieces of mutton when you kill them. Raw mutton restores 1.5 hunger points. Cook it for 4 hunger points. You can also feed cooked mutton to wolves.
Squids
Squids drop themselves like chickens do. Raw squid restores 1.5 hunger points. Fried squid restores 3 hunger points.
Bats
Bats drop 1 to 2 bat wings when killed. Raw bat wings restore 1.5 hunger points. Fried bat wings restore 3 hunger points. Finally a use for those annoying bats flying around your base.
How to Install
- Download and install Minecraft Forge for your Minecraft version.
- Download the mod file below.
- Open your .minecraft folder and go to the mods folder. Create one if it doesn’t exist.
- Drag the downloaded jar file into the mods folder.
- Launch Minecraft with Forge. Done.
