Kore Sample is a library mod that provides tools and base classes for other Minecraft mods to build on. It’s not a mod that adds content yourself, but rather something that sits in the background making other mods work. If you’re using Ancient Trees or Scott’s Tweaks, you need this installed.
What Does Kore Sample Do?
Kore Sample handles a lot of the technical foundation that other mods rely on. Instead of each mod coding the same basic features from scratch, they can use what Kore Sample provides. This keeps mods smaller and more stable.

What You Need
Minecraft Forge is required. Get the right version of Forge for your Minecraft installation, then download the matching Kore Sample file below.
Installation Guide
Installing Kore Sample is just like any other Forge mod:
- Locate your .minecraft folder
- Open the mods folder inside it (create one if it doesn’t exist)
- Drop the Kore Sample jar file in there
- Launch Minecraft with Forge
