Heartbond Mod Overview
Heartbond Mod adds a bonding system that lets players teleport to each other using Ender Hearts. If you play multiplayer and your friends keep getting lost, this mod solves that problem. Craft an Ender Heart, link it with another player, and instantly teleport to them whenever you need to regroup. No more yelling coordinates in chat.
Features
Ender Heart Equipment
One player equips an Ender Heart. This acts as the anchor point for teleporting. The person wearing it becomes the target for anyone with a linked Ender Soul.
Ender Soul Teleportation
Craft an Ender Soul by combining two Ender Hearts with soul sand and soul soil. Activate it to instantly teleport next to the Ender Heart owner. Works across the map, so you can teleport out of anywhere.
Easy Linking System
Two players link their hearts using soul sand and soul soil. Once linked, the connection stays active as long as both hearts exist. No complex setup needed.
How to Install
You need a mod loader first.
For Forge:
- Download Minecraft Forge for your version
- Install Forge
- Download the Heartbond mod file
- Move it to your .minecraft/mods folder
- Launch the game
For Fabric:
- Download Fabric Loader
- Install Fabric
- Download the Heartbond mod file
- Move it to your .minecraft/mods folder
- Launch the game

Crafting Recipes
Install Just Enough Items (for Forge) or Roughly Enough Items (for Fabric) to see all recipes in-game. The mod will show you the exact crafting patterns for the Ender Heart and Ender Soul.
