Francium is a chemical element block you can use in Minecraft Education Edition. It represents element 87 on the periodic table and comes with the Chemistry Update. You can also access it in Pocket Edition, Windows 10, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch if you turn on Education Edition chemistry features.
What is Francium?
Francium is a metallic element block that spawns when you enable Education Edition chemistry features in your world. The symbol is Fr and the atomic number is 87. It works just like other element blocks in the chemistry system, letting you combine it with other elements to create compounds.
Important: When you enable Education Edition features, Minecraft creates a copy of your world with the prefix [EDU]. This is the world where you’ll find chemistry blocks. This keeps your original world safe in case anything breaks.
