Divine Ores Mod | New Ores, Tools & Armor for Minecraft

Divine Ores Mod adds 2 new ores with matching tools, weapons, and full armor sets. You also get 2 unique mobs to find and fight. This mod gives you holy and demonic equipment lines with different perks.

What’s in Divine Ores

The mod adds HolyOre and DemonicOre that spawn deep underground. Each ore drops shards you craft into tools, weapons, and armor. You’ll also fight Angels and Demons that drop special wing items for flight armor.

The Ores

HolyOre spawns at Y-level 16 and below. Break one and you get 5 Holy Cross Shards. It’s slightly rarer than diamond and never spawns in veins bigger than 4. The ore glows a bit so it’s easier to spot.

DemonicOre has the same spawn rates and rarity as HolyOre. It drops Blood Pentagram Shards instead. Both ores are valuable for crafting your gear.

Tools and Weapons

Holy Pickaxe: Made with diamonds and Holy Cross items. Gets Durability 1500, Efficiency 14, and Mining Haste when you right-click. The tradeoff is low enchantability at 5. Each use costs 10 durability.

Demonic Pickaxe: Built from Blood Pentagram and bones. Durability 1100, Efficiency 12, and grants Night Vision on right-click. Higher enchantability at 30 makes up for the lower stats. Also costs 10 durability per use.

Holy Sword: Durability 1500, Damage 12. Right-click gives Absorption and Jump Boost for 15 seconds. Enchantability is 5.

Demonic Sword: Durability 1800, Damage 10. Right-click grants Strength and Invisibility for 15 seconds. Enchantability 30.

Armor Sets

Holy Armor: Full durability of 1500 with 35 defense. Wear the complete set and you get constant Jump Boost and Speed. Enchantability 5.

Demonic Armor: Durability 1100 with 30 defense. Full set gives Fire Resistance and Night Vision. Enchantability 30.

Both sets have wingplate versions (Holy Wingplate and Demonic Wingplate) that provide the same bonuses plus 4-5 seconds of flight.

Mobs and Items

Angels spawn above Y-level 100. Kill them and there’s a 25% chance they drop a Tattered Angel Wing for crafting wingplates.

Demons spawn below Y-level 16. They also have a 25% drop rate for Tattered Demon Wings.

You’ll also craft Holy Cross, Blood Pentagram, and collect Tattered Wings as crafting materials.

How to Install Divine Ores

1. Download and install Minecraft Forge
2. Download the Divine Ores mod jar file
3. Open your .minecraft folder and go to the mods folder. Create one if it doesn’t exist
4. Drag the mod jar into the mods folder
5. Launch Minecraft and select your Forge profile
