Controllable Cannons Addon for Minecraft Bedrock

Want actual weapons in Minecraft? Controllable Cannons brings military hardware to Bedrock Edition. Cannons, laser guns, miniguns, time bombs, landmines, and rocket launchers. Everything you need to defend your base or just blow things up for fun.

All the weapons come from the weaponsmith. Trade with them and you’ll get spawn eggs. Place them down like entities and they’re ready to go. Some shoot on their own. Others you control. Either way, mobs are about to have a really bad time.

Weapons in the Addon

Controllable Cannon

The main weapon. Spawn it and hop on like a horse. Look up to aim, account for gravity, then right-click (PC) or tap the Shoot button (mobile) to fire. Can destroy pretty much anything.

Drops a spawn egg if you destroy it. You can repair it with iron ingots, nuggets, or redstone. Place as many as you want to defend your village.

Laser Cannon

Slowest firing laser weapon but hits harder than the others. Place it down and it auto-charges and fires at nearby mobs. Master level weaponsmith trade only, so it takes a while to get one. Destroy it yourself and you get a spawn egg. Mobs destroy it and it’s gone for good.

Laser Miniguns

Fast automated defense. Place and forget. They warm up for a second or two before firing, so keep distance if mobs are close. Full auto laser fire. Drop spawn eggs when you destroy them.

Time Bombs

Place it down, interact to arm it, then get away. You have seven seconds. Creates a huge crater when it goes off. Big hole. Really big. Be careful where you put these or your base gets a new swimming pool.

If you trigger it wrong, destroy it fast and grab the spawn egg before it blows.

Laser Guns

Cheaper and weaker than the big guns but still useful. Shoot straight through a line of mobs. Don’t break blocks somehow. Drop spawn eggs when destroyed. Might set things on fire.

Rocket Launchers

Auto-targeting turret that creates massive explosions. Leaves huge craters in the landscape. Cheaper and tougher than miniguns but way more destructive. Can be picked up and placed again when destroyed.

Landmines

Block Breaker Type (Red Light): Place it, you have five seconds to leave the area. Anything that gets close triggers it. Massive explosion about as strong as a charged creeper. Destroys blocks. Don’t put these near your stuff.

Non-Block Breaker Type (Yellow Light): Same as above but doesn’t destroy blocks. Anti-personnel mine. Cheaper and easier to get from the weaponsmith.

Miniguns

Place and it auto-targets mobs. Shoots a lot. Not a ton of health but you can repair them with iron. Pick them up again when they break. Available in different colors.

How to Install

Download the addon file and open it in Minecraft. It imports automatically. Then activate it in your world settings before starting a world.
