Bryte Mod 1.12.2 completely transforms Minecraft. It adds a custom world type that generates seven unique biomes packed with custom mobs, structures, trees, and ores. You get over 100 new craftable blocks and items designed to work in survival mode from day one.
What’s Included
Blocks
You’ve got tons of building options. Stairs, slabs, walls, and fences in clay, stone brick, quartz, and custom Bryte variants. Corner blocks and curved corners replace blocky stairs. Layer blocks work like snow but with dirt, grass, sand textures. Trapdoors, railings, pyramids, barrels, and wooden crates round it out.
Items & Tools
Custom tools made from Bryte Ingots clear leaves, webs, logs, and lava instantly. The Bryte Wand releases lightning blasts and transforms mobs. Bryte Gun needs bullets for mining and mob hunting. Bug spray literally sprays bugs out (Spiders hate it). You can also craft books, potions, and food items.
Armor
Bryte Armor for normal protection. Biohazard Armor works in the Red Biome and turns you invisible to Spiders.
Mobs & Biomes
Eight new mobs including bees, wasps, and bugs. Seven custom biomes to explore, each with different resources and threats.
Custom Potions
Fly Potion (30 seconds) and extended Fly Potion (8 minutes) brewed with Wasp items.
Crafting & Recipes
Recommend installing Just Enough Items (Forge) or Roughly Enough Items (Fabric) to see all recipes in-game.
Key Recipes
Blocks: Bryte Block requires smelting Bryte Ore. Bryte Stonebrick comes from smelting ore. Plant Crate uses Piston, Dark Oak Slab, and Dirt. Flat Cross comes from Dark Oak Fence and acts as a light source.
Items: Bryte Bottle needs Glass and Squashed Wasp. Bug Serum uses Bryte Bottle and Squashed Bug. Wasp Serum uses Bryte Bottle and Squashed Wasp. Tools use Sticks and Bryte Ingot. Bryte Sword, Wand, and Gun all need Bryte Ingot plus serum items.
Smelting: Bryte Ingot comes from smelting Bryte Block. Bryte Stonebrick from ore. Spare Ribs from Raw Ribs Ore. These are your core resources for crafting everything else.
Potions: Fly Potion (30 sec) from Water Bottle and Squashed Wasp. Extended Fly Potion (8 min) from the shorter potion and Wasp Serum.
