Where to Find Bolt Armor Trim
Bolt Armor Trim is found in vaults inside Trial Chambers. You’ll find it in the reward container with a 6.3% drop chance. Trial Chambers generate in the deep dark biome, typically below Y level 0.
How to Duplicate It
Smithing Table Recipe
Once you have one template, you can craft more at a Smithing Table. You’ll need:
- 1 Bolt Armor Trim (existing template)
- 1 Block of Copper or Waxed Block of Copper
- 1 Diamond
Place these in the Smithing Table and you’ll get another Bolt Armor Trim. This makes duplicating easy once you find the first one.
How to Use It
Applying to Armor
Use your Bolt Armor Trim at a Smithing Table along with an armor piece and your choice of trim material. The trim material determines the color of the pattern:
- Iron – Silver
- Copper – Orange
- Gold – Gold
- Lapis – Blue
- Emerald – Green
- Diamond – Light Blue
- Redstone – Red
- Amethyst – Purple
- Quartz – White
You can apply the same trim to helmets, chestplates, leggings, and boots.
