Adapted Origins Mod reimagines some of the classic Origins with new mechanics and playstyles. Choose from Giant, Dullahan, Fairy, Copper Golem, Forestborn, or Phoenix and experience Minecraft differently.
The Origins
Giant
A towering origin that trades speed for raw power. You’re 4 blocks tall, move 10% slower than normal, but hit harder and carry twice as much health. Pick up mobs and players to throw them around. Your ground slam attack can launch other entities away.
Dullahan
The headless horseman origin. You get stronger at night but suffer in sunlight. Spawn with a Soul Pumpkin that stays on your head permanently. Fire barbed chains to slow enemies and inflict wither. Stand near Soul Campfires to restore hunger.
Fairy
Small, blue-skinned, and naturally winged. Fairies heal others by summoning regeneration fields that affect all nearby mobs. Leap into the air with your primary ability. Drink honey bottles for better healing and extra temporary hearts.
Copper Golem
An automaton with an oxidation meter that increases over time, slowing you down. Only Copper Ingots heal you. Use axes or lightning to reduce oxidation. Toggle your Ore Radar to find rare materials. Convert Redstone components with your secondary ability.
Forestborn
A forest creature that phases through wood. You need grass or dirt blocks beneath you or you weaken. Deserts damage you over time. Only eat plant-based food. Phase through any wood blocks by toggling your ability.
Phoenix
A firebird with built-in flight. You have a Normal form and a Reborn form. When you die in Normal form, you respawn in Reborn form instead. Direct sunlight gives you special effects. The Phoenix doesn’t need a chestplate to fly.
What You Need
Installation
Install Fabric first, then drop the mod file into your mods folder (.minecraft/mods). See our guides:
