What is 3D Seasons?
3D Seasons is a texture pack that brings seasonal changes to your Minecraft world. Watch plants, leaves, crops, and grass shift colors throughout the year. Spring brings fresh apple green, summer shows dark leafy greens, autumn turns everything cocoa brown, and winter blankets it all in snow white.
How the Seasons Work
Seasons change every Minecraft day, which is about 20 minutes of real time. That’s a full year cycle every 80 minutes. It keeps your world looking fresh without feeling forced.
Important: Seasons Don’t Save
The seasonal changes use animation and won’t be saved to your world file. When you close and reopen your world, the seasons start their cycle from scratch. This means you’ll always see the current “season” based on how long your world has been open in that session.
What You Need
OptiFine is required to use 3D Seasons. OptiFine is what makes the custom color animations possible. If you don’t have it yet, grab it from the link below.

Version Support
